This is because Chilango PDX has graciously offered to host our meeting on the day they are usually closed, Tuesday. The overhaul of Portland’s City Council includes new districts, a much larger council, ranked-choice voting, and a great opportunity for us to get involved in supporting some of the candidates who have animals’ best interests in mind.
